No Refunds. Not responsible for accidents. All equipment must be used in a safe and appropriate manner as instructed by manager. Unsafe use of any equipment will result in loss of deposit or fees paid, and customer will be removed from equipment. For 90% deposit refund, one week notice of cancellation is required. Otherwise, deposit is non-refundable. For the safety of our customers and equipment, we do not allow smoking or pets. Life Jackets are furnished on all watercraft and must be worn at all times.

fun to be had, we must not forget the importance of state laws, rental rules, and overall safety. When renting motorized watercraft such as Wave Runners and Island Cruisers, we encourage you to fully inspect your watercraft before leaving the premises, and we cannot emphasize enough how important it is to abide by the 150' rule. Such a rule is in place for your safety, the safety of others, and the safety of our equipment.
